No Products will be dispatched without payment.

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover;
Paypal and Postal money orders. We do not accept personal checks. We only accept money orders
for domestic (USA) orders and they must be the type purchased at the post office or they will
not be accepted and sent back. We do not reserve items purchased with money orders so it is in
your best interest to send payment in a timely fashion. Should all or part of a money order purchase
become unavailable before we receive payment we will e-mail or call you to let you know. If we
receive your money order and all or part of your purchase has become unavailable we will give
you the choice of sending you a partial order and a store credit or to return your money order.

Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 days) for domestic packages.
Please note we use Signature Confirmation. Someone will need to be at delivery address
to sign for package or it may be picked up at the post office. Unclaimed packages will be
resent only after actual shipping costs are paid or will be refunded minus shipping and a 20%
restocking fee. Sales items included in unclaimed packages will be refunded at a rate of 50%.
For international packages we use USPS Air Mail (4 to 10 days). Items shipped
internationally may incur duties and/or taxes, which vary from country to country. These
charges will be your responsibility. We cannot send international packages marked as
"gifts" and/or have the value of an item written in as a lower one than it really is because
we are signing a customs form certifying we are telling the truth. |

Your domestic order will incur a flat shipping fee of $6.50 and $10.00 for international
orders. The more you buy the more you save on shipping. |

Our return policy: Returned clothing articles must have the original tags attached and
show no signs of wear. All other items have to be in same condition they were received.
Please note that for hygiene reasons NO returns can be processed for Cosmetics or Hair Dye
and related products, undergarments, food related products and any other item that may constitute a hygiene
or health concern (any returns of these products will be destroyed and you will not receive a
refund). If you need to return an item please write to us first for
return authorization. Let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund. Packages sent back
without authorization will be refused. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns should be
postmarked within two weeks of receipt of items. Returns postmarked after such time will incur
a 20% restocking fee. To avoid restocking fees you may choose to receive a gift card for the amount of your return.
Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. No returns will be accepted
after 30 calendar days from purchase. Exchanges will be charged for shipping at actual cost.
Returns will be refunded minus actual shipping cost if greater than the flat rate. All
clearance or sale items are final and are not returnable or exchangeable. This includes
items purchased using discount codes which from time to time we send to members of our
mailing list or which may appear on this or any other website. |

To avoid ordering the wrong size, please do check out our size charts. All
labels are *not* created equal! Most of the labels we carry are represented in this chart (alphabetically).
The sizes in our chart are a representation of how that particular lable runs and not exact measurements.
Can't find it? Just drop us a line and we'll measure it for you. Labels not in
our size chart usually vary to widely for a general chart so if you have a question about any such item
please specify what is you want us to measure and not just the label it's sold under. |
